Basic site package | Update site package | Standard & Advanced packages
basic site package
- We will contact you to discuss your requirements for your site further so we get a good idea of what you want and to ensure that we get a good handle on your requirements.
- We will send you an quotation for the work that we are going to undertake on your behalf. If you are happy to proceed based on this quotation let us know your acceptance
- Once we've received your acceptance, we will produce an invoice for an initial 30% advance payment
- On receipt of your 30% advance payment we will begin work to develop your site. At this stage we will register your domain name and setup your email accounts.
- We will take your chosen template, make any minor changes you've requested and then within 7-10 days provide a website address for you to see the template as a live website draft.
- Please review this draft, and if everything is let us know that you accept the draft and we will then proceed to enable the site for the CMS system. However if you require any minor tweeks, let us know and we will undertake these.
- Within 7 days we will provide a link to a CMS enabled draft. At this point you can enter any content you require. Once you are ready to go live with the site let us know.
- We will add the code to your site to enable Google Analytics and will make your site live to the web.
- We will send you an invoice for the remaining 70% of the quoted amount, which should be paid within 30 days
- We will submit your site to Google, Yahoo, DMOZ and Ask
- Within 14 days of going live we will produce a report detailing our search engine marketing suggestions and if you approve our suggestions we will undertake them for you
- Within 3 months (90 days) of going live we will contact you to discuss continuing with our search engine marketing for your site
- Within 30 days of your renewal date we will contact you to find out if you with to renew for a further 12 months. If you do we will forward an invoice for payment.

- We will analyse your current site design and within 7-10 days provide a website address for you to see your existing site design created as a live website draft.
- Please review this draft, and if everything is let us know that you accept the draft and we will then proceed to enable the site for the CMS system. However if you require any minor tweeks, let us know and we will undertake these.
- Within 7 days we will provide a link to a CMS enabled draft. At this point you can enter any content you require. Once you are ready to go live with the site let us know. You should download and save any emails you wish to keep in your current system
- We will add the code to your site to enable Google Analytics and will undertake to repoint your existing site to your new site.
- Once the domain has transferred your new site will be live as will your new email accounts.
- We will send you an invoice for the remaining 70% of the quoted amount, which should be paid within 30 days

- Within 14 days of going live we will produce a report detailing our search engine marketing suggestions and if you approve our suggestions we will undertake them for you
